Sport Clips Haircuts in South Nampa, Idaho, is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist looking to grow into leadership while continuing to cut hair. We offer a Manager-in-Training program with hands-on leadership development in scheduling, inventory, customer service, and salon operations.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho Cosmetology or Barber License is required.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber is preferred.
• Leadership or team-lead experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.

Not Quite Ready for a Manager role? We've got you covered. We offer a comprehensive Manager-in-Training program. Licensed stylists who are not yet ready for a Salon Management role can apply to our Manager-in-Training program, which provides hands-on leadership development in scheduling, inventory, customer service, and salon operations. We want to be the home for both current and future leaders.

What We're Looking For
