Job summary

SCB is seeking talented Architects to join our Boston office, a national multi-disciplinary firm focused on multi-family, adaptive reuse, academic, and aviation projects. You will work under the supervision of a Project Architect and Project Manager, collaborating with consultants to prepare design studies and technical drawings.

We value design passion, collaboration, and strong knowledge of building materials, systems, detailing, and construction methods.

Qualifications

• Accredited architecture degree and licensure in progress or attained.
• 5–15 years post-graduate, full-time architectural experience.
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local zoning ordinances and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Implement project design philosophy through design and construction phases.
• Develop design/technical drawings, visualizations, and studies with project leaders.
• Manage time and oversee junior staff to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with design consultants and project team.
