Job summary

Assurant is seeking Licensed All-Lines Claims Adjusters for Financial Services to join our growing team in a hybrid model near Miami. You will educate clients, review claims, adjudicate settlements, and collaborate with management to resolve complex cases.

Responsibilities include data entry, documentation, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while supporting multiple client product lines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active All-Lines (Independent/Company) license is required and CE hours up to date.
• Minimum 2+ years of prior Claims Adjuster experience.
• Relentless drive to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills for business-level customer responses.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on card benefit insurance programs and procedures.
• Provide accurate, professional service with a customer-focused approach.
• Review claim information and input data using standard procedures.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate questionable claims with management.
• Adjudicate claims and provide settlements per laws and policy provisions.
• Make claim decisions within authority or escalate as needed.
• Document actions and outcomes in the system.

• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
