Lakeview Behavioral Health provides services for individuals in need of behavioral health care. Our goal is to treat the whole person and meet each individual's needs based on their particular situation. We offer psychiatric mental health, substance use, and co-occurring services in Minnesota from four locations.
We are seeking a MN-licensed LADC to provide 245g compliant clinical services to adolescents. Services include group therapy, individual therapy, individualized treatment plans, treatment coordination, and continuum of care. Responsibilities also include maintaining 245g compliant documentation, providing client-centered services to ensure clinical service compliance, outcomes, and client safety. Candidates will participate in marketing opportunities and represent the agency positively in the community and to referral sources.
