Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• FAA A&P license required.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and troubleshooting.
• Must provide own hand tools to meet minimum company tool list.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for training, deployment and/or issue resolution.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of the maintenance program.
• Coordinate and execute scheduled and unscheduled work loads.
• Own the aircraft while on duty.
• Maintain open communication with Team Leads, Maintenance Control and Pilots.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Structural Repair Manual conditional use and damage assessment.
• Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) program and promote a Safety Always culture.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulatory requirements for daily tasks.
