Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on aesthetic treatment experience in medical spa or similar setting.
• Proven success selling aesthetic treatments and packages.
• Strong consultation skills with clients on value, pricing and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations to understand goals, history, budget and options.
• Present plans across injectables, laser, skincare, and treatments.
• Close sales and guide scheduling, packages, memberships, financing.
• Follow up with clients and encourage rebooking and skincare replenishment.
