About the Role:

SVN | CREATE is looking for a driven and motivated Licensed Advisor Associate (temp to hire) to join our growing team in West Des Moines, IA. This is an exciting opportunity to launch or advance your career in commercial real estate alongside experienced advisors in a collaborative, high-energy environment. Responsibilities:

• Support senior advisors in prospecting, client outreach, and deal pipeline management
• Conduct market research and property analysis to support commercial real estate transactions
• Assist in preparing property marketing materials, proposals, and presentations
• Assist in and/or conduct property tours and prospecting with the brokerage team
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Participate in property tours, site visits, and client meetings
• Handle prospect communication, phone outreach, and responsive follow-up on incoming lead opportunities
• Leverage the SVN platform and national network to identify leads and opportunities
• Track and manage deal activity using CRM tools and internal systems

Requirements:

• Iowa Real Estate License preferred (or active pursuit of licensure)
• Strong interest in commercial real estate, sales, or investment advisory
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred
