Qualifications

• Iowa Real Estate License preferred (or active pursuit of licensure).
• Strong interest in commercial real estate, sales, or investment advisory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support senior advisors in prospecting, client outreach, and deal pipeline management.
• Conduct market research and property analysis to support commercial real estate transactions.
• Assist in preparing property marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
• Assist in and/or conduct property tours and prospecting with the brokerage team.
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Participate in property tours, site visits, and client meetings.
• Handle prospect communication, phone outreach, and responsive follow-up on incoming lead opportunities.
• Leverage the SVN platform and national network to identify leads and opportunities.
• Track and manage deal activity using CRM tools and internal systems.
