The role requires a Master's degree and specific licensure options (LPC/LCSW/LMFT). Prior hospital-admissions experience is a plus and a supportive team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree required.
• Experience: 1–3 years related work experience preferred.
• Licensure: LPC-Associate, LPC, LPC-S OR LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-S OR LMFT-Associate, LMFT, LMFT-S

Responsibilities

• Screen for appropriate level of care and manage admissions processes.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and schedule follow-ups.
• Coordinate transportation for patients and liaise with families and staff.
• Complete admission paperwork accurately and secure signatures.
