Responsibilities

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, and family/couples sessions when appropriate
• Oversee clinical needs, services, treatment planning, and aftercare for assigned caseload
• Assess client needs, progress, relapse risk, and ongoing treatment needs
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation of client challenges, progress, interventions, outcomes
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Communicate with families and client support networks as appropriate
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews
• Model professionalism, ethics, accountability, dignity, and respect

Now Hiring Licensed Therapists for Our Detox & Residential Treatment Facility in South Bend, IN!

We are looking for licensed clinicians who are passionate about working with individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

An active LSW or qualifying clinical license is required for this position. Candidates who are currently working toward licensure but are not yet licensed do not meet the minimum requirements.

Experience in addiction/substance use treatment is strongly preferred, particularly experience in detox, residential treatment, behavioral health, PHP, IOP, or other substance use disorder settings.

What You'll Do

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family and couples sessions when appropriate
• Take responsibility for the clinical needs, services, treatment planning, and aftercare of your assigned caseload
• Assess client needs, progress, relapse risk, and ongoing treatment needs
• Prevent, intervene, and de-escalate in the event of a crisis
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation of client challenges, progress, interventions, and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate quality care
• Communicate effectively with families and other members of the client's support system when appropriate
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews
• Model professionalism, ethics, accountability, dignity, and respect in every professional interaction

What We're Looking For

• Active LSW license required - candidates must already be licensed; those currently working toward licensure do not meet the minimum requirements
• Experience working in addiction/substance use treatment strongly preferred, particularly in detox, residential, PHP, IOP, behavioral health, or related settings
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field
• Experience providing individual and group therapy
• Strong clinical documentation and treatment-planning skills
• Ability to assess client needs, identify relapse risk, and respond appropriately to behavioral or clinical crises
• Excellent verbal, written, collaborative, and interpersonal communication skills
• Compassionate and professional approach with the ability to maintain strong clinical boundaries
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards
• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders is a plus
