The Village Family Service Center is seeking a North Dakota Licensed Addiction Counselor for First Step Recovery. This part-time role (~20 hours/week) includes evening sessions and duties such as evening Intensive Outpatient groups, treatment planning, documentation, and individual sessions.

Candidates must hold a valid ND license to practice addiction counseling (MN LADC considered with ND licensure support).

Qualifications

• ND license to practice addiction counseling in good standing.
• MN LADC accepted with path to ND licensure.
• ND licensure assistance for other state licensees.

Responsibilities

• Lead evening Intensive Outpatient groups.
• Develop and update treatment plans.
• Complete documentation and conduct individual sessions.
• Work as part of a collaborative team.

The position is part-time, with hours being at or around 20 hours per week, and include evening hours. Job duties would include evening Intensive Outpatient groups, treatment planning, documentation and individual sessions.

You will be required to have a valid, in good standing, ND license to practice addiction counseling. If you are a MN LADC, we can work with you for ND licensure. We can also help explore gaining a ND license from other states as well.
