Qualifications

• Active OH CDCA or higher certification/licensure in OH.
• Experience in addiction treatment settings preferred.
• Ability to counsel in crisis situations and document responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient databases and treatment plans per standards.
• Provide program orientation and explain rules, hours, and patient rights.
• Assess and place patients according to phase requirements and policies.
• Maintain updated clinical documentation and charts.
• Counsel patients in crisis and support coping strategies.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources when appropriate.
• Participate in case conferences and reviews.
• Comply with confidentiality and treatment regulations.
