Experienced counselors with Maryland credentials will join a program that values education, diverse recovery modalities, and a patient-centered approach, with regular supervision and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Active Maryland credential: ADT, CSC-AD, or CAC-AD.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SUD group treatment is a plus.
• Familiarity with diverse recovery modalities and group treatment workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Build collaborative, individualized treatment alliances tailored to each patient.
• Facilitate addiction treatment groups at the IOP level of care.
• Deliver addiction/recovery education presentations.
• Lead case management sessions including goals and discharge planning.
• Coordinate care with referral sources, family members, and other providers.
