The Glory House seeks an Addiction Counselor to deliver direct clinical services, including assessments, treatment planning, and individual/group counseling. Qualifikationen

• Must hold or be working toward LAC/CAC.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavioral Health Field.
• Experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders; experience with criminal justice populations a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; commitment to ethical practice and professional development.

Aufgaben

• Conduct substance use disorder assessments and diagnostic evaluations per South Dakota Administrative Rule.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, two evenings per week.
• Provide education and support to clients regarding addiction and recovery.
• Collaborate with community partners, referral sources, and treatment team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by state and agency standards.
