Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client programs, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting the professional development of their teams.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours, and one year of experience in ABA.
• Complete supervised experience requirement under WAC 246‑805‑230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling and support staffing needs as required.
