Job summary

Regency Pacific Management in Wenatchee, WA is seeking an LPN to support quality resident care. The role includes medication assistance, nursing services, and staff supervision to maintain a home-like environment and residents' independence.

Responsibilities cover ADLs, treatments, documentation, infection control, and assessment of health emergencies within LPN scope and state guidelines. New grads are encouraged to apply and a $5,000 welcome bonus is offered for FT positions.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You Will
