Job summary

Regency Pacific Management in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a full-time RN for immediate NOC shift availability. A $7,500 welcome bonus and shift differentials for Eve/NOC shifts are offered.

You will provide essential resident care, administer medications, supervise staff, and promote a home-like environment that respects dignity and independence. A valid RN license is required; new grads are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• New grads encouraged to apply.
• Experience with resident care and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, and home-like environment.
• Assist residents with ADLs and medication administration.
• Ensure care as indicated on treatment and service plans.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate emergencies and determine medical measures.

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As An RN, You Will

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently

• Possess a current RN license in good standing
