Regency Pacific Management is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide quality resident care in our facility. Duties include medication administration, nursing services, staff training, and ensuring residents' well-being in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) and medications as permitted by state regulations.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations.

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
