Excelsior Care Group in partnership with Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our care-focused team in Maitland, FL. This role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered nursing, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

You will administer medications, support individualized care plans, perform wound care and procedures, document observations, and protect resident privacy in compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.

Pay Rate: Up to $33 per hour
