Job summary

Regency Pacific Management is seeking an LPN to provide quality resident care on the island. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, staff training, and supervising care to support residents' well-being.

You will work day, eve, or night shifts, with relocation offered and a $5,000 welcome bonus for full-time employment. The facility emphasizes a supportive leadership and remodeling. New grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations
