Job summary

Regency Pacific Management is seeking an RN on the island to provide essential nursing care for residents. Responsibilities include medication assistance, nursing services, and staff training under supportive leadership.

You must hold a current RN license in good standing; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance is available, with evening, night, and weekend shifts to start immediately.

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As An RN, You Will

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
