Job summary

NL Whole Health Treatment Center in Mansfield, LA seeks a Licensed Outpatient Counselor for the evening shift. Provide in-person services, including group and individual counseling, assessments, treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning.

Requires Louisiana LPC or LCSW license, BLS and CPI (within 90 days), at least 2 years of group therapy experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must read, write, and speak English and be a team player able to work evenings.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) registered to practice in Louisiana.
• Minimum 2 years of group therapy experience.
• BLS and CPI certification; if CPI not held at hire, must obtain within 90 days.
• Must read, write and speak English; strong communication skills.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A degree and valid Louisiana state LPC, or LCSW license to practice
• BLS and CPI certification. (if not CPI certified upon employment, must acquire within 90 days of employment and maintain throughout employment)
• At least 2 years of group therapy experience.
• Three years of experience in Outpatient Counseling preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Strong communication, patient/customer care, and leadership abilities
• The ability to organize and time-manage, and be a Team-Player
