Job summary

The candidate will collaborate with staff and campus IT to ensure security compliance and effective tech operations across the Health Sciences Library.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience or Associate's degree with 4+ years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Ability to analyze problems and communicate effectively with colleagues at various technical levels.
• Experience with library systems and APIs is a plus (e.g., Alma, ILLiad).

Responsibilities

• Provide tech support for library computers, printers, and staff equipment.
• Support and integrate library enterprise systems (Alma, ILLiad, web presence).
• Manage technology inventory and coordinate replacements and purchasing.
• Provide primary support for student printing and scanning services.
• Create and maintain documentation for library systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with campus teams to stay current with security protocols and campus apps.
• Assist Library staff and patrons with technical issues.
• Contribute to department and Library projects.
