What You Will Do
  • Provides operational support for the University Archives and Special Collections and Interlibrary Loan services.
  • Processes and maintains archival materials, creates and manages digital finding aids, and facilitates access to collections.
  • The position also performs borrowing and lending activities through multiple resource‑sharing systems, ensures accurate and policy‑compliant fulfillment of requests, offers reference assistance, and supports the training and work of student employees.
  • Routinely lift and carry heavy boxes related to archival work.
