Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to operate computer programs.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in library or public-facing customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to library patrons and co-workers.
• Plans, coordinates, and facilitates engaging library programs, services, and outreach.
• Provides reference, research, technology assistance, circulation, and reader's advisory services.
• Assists with staff scheduling, daily workflow, and training of staff, volunteers, and interns.
• Reconciles cash register, coin-op, and sales; supports events promotion.
