Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4 years experience or additional education substituted year-for-year.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three or more years of customer service experience.
• Library experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Helps maintain electronic journal listings in Docline.
• Assists patrons at reference desk.
• Processes paperwork for journal subscriptions. Monitors and processes all changes to serials. Claims journals not received.
• Monitors specialized equipment (e.g., poster printer and scanner) for issues and reports them; troubleshoots as needed.
• Retrieves mail and delivers to appropriate parties. Prepares outgoing mail.
