Responsibilities

• Access Services: Provides customer service both in-person and virtually to students, faculty, staff, and community users, referring users and issues to colleagues when appropriate.
• Assists users through the finding and circulating of library materials; answering directional questions; and maintaining, troubleshooting, and providing assistance with Access Services technology (e.g. computers, printers, copiers, etc.).
• Occasionally moves library furniture and equipment.
