Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with three years of customer service experience.
• Option to substitute relevant education/experience.
• One year with Pima County in Library Technical Assistant or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate branch compliance with laws and regulations.
• Prepare and present educational programs and outreach services.
• Coordinate internal/external services including IT, scheduling, and accounting.
• Supervise, schedule, and train volunteers; handle user transactions.
