Job summary

Albright College is seeking a full-time Library Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of the new library building and create a welcoming, student-centered environment that supports teaching, learning, collaboration, and campus engagement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and logistics of the library building.
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff including student workers.
• Develop and implement operational practices for the new space.
• Coordinate programming and events for classes, students, faculty, and campus.
• Conduct outreach to promote library programs and services.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus departments to support programming.
• Manage room usage, scheduling, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain a welcoming, accessible, organized, and responsive environment.
• Identify and address facilities and operational concerns with College departments.
• Perform other duties related to library operations and programming.
