Job summary

The Montgomery Library at Campbellsville University is seeking a Library Graduate Assistant to support circulation, reference services, and digital content creation. You will gain hands-on experience assisting students, faculty, and staff while developing research and customer service skills.

Evening and weekend hours are required, and you will collaborate with library staff on special projects including a digitization effort to build a university image archive and improve access to library

Qualifications

Enrolled in a graduate program at Campbellsville University.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn library systems and technologies.
Willing to work nights and weekends.
Comfortable working independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Assist with circulation and basic reference services at the library service desk.
Provide one-on-one support to students and faculty in locating materials and using databases.
Contribute to library outreach, including flyers, social media posts, and event support.
Assist in digitization projects, including metadata creation and digital asset organization.
Collaborate with staff on special projects and other duties as assigned.
