Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the checkout desk, including the self-service station.
• Assist patrons with technology questions and computer access within the library.
• Process library card registrations and accept payments for fines and fees.
• Answer incoming calls and route to other departments; provide basic directions to patrons.
• Open and close the lobby area as part of shift procedures.
• Shelve and rearrange returned materials and keep carts organized.
• Fulfill patron hold requests and help with account questions.
