Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Library Science from an ALA-accredited university.
• Three years of professional library experience.
• Knowledge of branding/marketing and latest advertising trends.
• Experience supervising staff and implementing administrative programs.
• Facilitates library programming and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a comprehensive social media and digital communications plan.
• Creates digital content, including live and produced videos, for internal and external use.
• Promotes library programs and services through campaigns and materials.
• Generates website, social media, and newsletter graphics.
• Collaborates with Library Leadership to ensure consistent messaging.
• Coordinates programming with Core Program Team for community outreach.
• Measures performance with web analytics and surveys; reports findings.
• Develops budgets, monitors expenditures, and supports long-range plans.
