Job summary

ADP, Inc. Snellville Library is seeking a part-time Library Associate to help customers with information, technology and reading interests. The role involves supporting daily branch operations, managing inquiries, and assisting with collections and programming.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s Degree (preferred) and at least one year of related customer service experience. Valid GA driver’s license is required for some duties and passport services may be available at certain branches.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred; some college credit accepted.
• One year of related customer service experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assists Library customers with information, technology and reader's advisory needs and locating materials.
• Supports daily branch operations: resolve inquiries, balance fees and manage collections.
• Coordinates with community groups for tours and outreach events; presents library programs.
