Job summary

Las Vegas-Clark County Library District is seeking a Library Aide II at Rainbow Library in Las Vegas. You will support general library operations, assist with passport acceptance services, handle registrations, and help with programs and outreach.

The role requires solid public service skills, basic cash handling, and experience with library systems. It is a full-time position with a daytime schedule at Rainbow Library.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Library Aide I or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers to support library operations and assists with lending and collecting materials.
• Registers new customers and issues library cards; assists with accounts.
• Sorts and reshelves materials; answers routine questions; teaches use of resources.
