• Experience with library systems (such as Alma) and research resources (such as EBSCO, JSTOR, ProQuest).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, students and public.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Provides customer service at the Fenwick Library service desk, including circulation and basic reference services.
• Maintains knowledge of circulation operations and policies to assist patrons.
• Explains and enforces library guidelines and procedures.
• Responds to routine inquiries regarding library services and policies.
• Acts as lead in charge of library facilities and services when supervisors are unavailable; opens/closes Fenwick Library and may work weekends.
• Manages Fenwick Library's student spaces and reservation system.
• Coordinates with facilities management for tasks and issues; reports problems to appropriate parties.
