Job summary

ViziRecruiter,LLC. is seeking a Supervisor for Access Services at Babson College’s Horn Library. This role involves overseeing operations at the Information Desk, managing student employees, training staff, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have 1–3 years of experience. Excellent customer service and computer skills are essential. This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to file, shelve, and retrieve library materials from 3 inches to over 6 feet off the floor.
• Excellent computer proficiency.
• Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations of the Horn Library Information Desk.
• Manages all aspects of student employment in the library.
• Conducts training for Student Information Assistants.
• Provides basic reference assistance to library patrons.
• Monitors shelving accuracy and directs regular stacks maintenance.
