Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of World Christianity history, theology, and current contexts.

• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage fellowship and visiting scholar programs.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a dynamic team.
• Experience building diverse library collections, including international acquisitions and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide reference and research support on World Christianity and related topics.
• Support collection development partnerships across the University Library.
• Selector for print, serials, and e-resources in World Christianity.
• Coordinate the visiting scholar program at the Yale Divinity School.
• Administer the Stowe fellowship program in Divinity Library Special Collections.
• Support the Yale-Edinburgh Group and engage with conference participants.
• Develop outreach to international students with orientation and workshops.
• Foster global partnerships with religious librarians and institutions.
