Hilbert College, located in suburban Hamburg, NY, is seeking a part-time Liberty Partnership Program Coordinator to support operations of the Liberty Partnerships Program within a Buffalo Public School district. The Libety Partnership Program Coordinator will assist in supporting operations of the Hilbert College Liberty Partnerships Program within a 5th-8th grade Buffalo Public School. Manage the delivery of all Liberty Partnerships Program services and activities within the designated school district including skills assessment, tutoring, academic and personal counseling, mentoring, summer programs, and implement events geared towards supporting our students.This is a part-time twelve-month, grant-funded position.
