Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience in commercial and/or general liability litigation to join its Wilmington, Delaware office. The role offers exposure to diverse defense matters and sophisticated clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mass torts, class actions, and professional liability defense, with strong research, writing, and courtroom skills, and a flexible hybrid schedule that supports collaboration and client service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Delaware is required; Ohio admission a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in mediation.
• Draft and answer discovery requests.
• Assist in trial preparation and trial proceedings.
