Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least four years of litigation experience to join its national Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions practice, focusing on class action matters. The role involves handling complex defense matters, discovery management, and persuasive legal writing across multiple jurisdictions.

Candidates should have a JD, active bar admission, and the ability to work independently and in teams. A hybrid work arrangement may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience.
• JD and active bar admission in applicable jurisdiction.
• Experience with class actions and complex discovery.
• Ability to draft persuasive briefs, motions, pleadings, and other documents.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex class action defense matters.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis for case strategy.
• Draft briefs, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Manage complex litigation from inception to resolution.
• Develop case strategies and prepare for hearings, depositions, negotiations, settlements, and trials.
• Oversee large-scale discovery and document management.
