Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate to join its Litigation group in Washington, DC, focusing on product liability, mass torts, and class actions. The role is open to candidates nationwide, with a preference for those based in the New York metropolitan area.

You will conduct thorough legal research, draft briefs and motions, manage multi‑matter dockets from inception to resolution, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to practice in relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with class action defense preferred (securities, data privacy, or consumer litigation).
• Experience managing multi-matter dockets and large-scale discovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Draft briefs and motions for various stages of litigation.
• Assist in managing complex cases from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular updates and advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative case strategies.
• Participate in hearings and negotiations at high levels.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated on precedents.
• Engage in professional development and pro bono work.
• Contribute to firm programs and civic initiatives.
