BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate to join its Litigation group in Wilmington, DE, focusing on class actions. The role is open to candidates across the US with a preference for those based in the New York metropolitan area.

The ideal candidate has a JD, at least four years of litigation experience, and strong writing and research skills, with experience in multi-matter dockets and large-scale discovery. Admittance to the bar in the applicable jurisdiction is required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience at a top firm preferred.
• Experience with class-action defense and large-scale discovery.
• Ability to manage multi-matter dockets.
• Strong persuasive legal writing and oral advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and motions.
• Manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.
• Participate in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
