Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced claims leader to supervise a liability claims team, driving efficient service and high-quality outcomes. You will guide hiring, training, and adherence to Best Practices, while managing workloads and leveraging technology to improve performance.

This senior role emphasizes mentoring talent, coordinating with clients and carriers, and advancing a culture of continuous improvement across a national remote team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.

About You

Required Qualifications
