Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year general office experience or equivalent.
• Claims industry experience preferred.
• General Liability experience preferred.
• Home state license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles lower-level liability and/or physical damage claims under close supervision.
• Supports other claims representatives, examiners and leads with larger or more complex claims.
• Processes general liability claims determining compensability and benefits due; monitors reserve accuracy.
• Communicates claim action with claimant, client and medical contacts; documents files.
• Maintains professional client relationships and may process routine payments.
