Sedgwick Claims Management Services in Marlton, NJ, is seeking a Liability Claims Adjuster with Bodily Injury experience for a hybrid role. You will analyze mid- to high-level general liability claims, determine benefits due, and adjudicate claims to company standards while pursuing favorable settlements.

You will leverage Sedgwick's network to learn, grow, and deliver innovative, client-focused solutions across diverse industries.

Qualificações

• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manages mid-level general liability claims by gathering information to determine liability exposure; assigns reserve values to claims, makes payments, and settles claims up to designated authority level.
• Assesses liability and resolves claims within evaluation.
• Approves and processes assigned claims, determines benefits due, and manages action plans per contract.
• Manages subrogation of claims and negotiates settlements.
• Communicates claim action with claimant and client.
• Maintains proper documentation and coding of claim files.
• May process complex lifetime medical and/or defined period medical claims and reviews utilization.
