Job summary

Davies Talent Solutions partners with a growing claims services organization to fill a Liability Associate Claims Adjuster role. The position is fully remote, contract-based, with a 40-hour workweek, Monday–Friday, and a pay rate of $30-$35 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling first-party physical damage, automobile liability, CGL property damage, or related claims
• Active Adjuster License required (Florida required)
• Strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Experience reviewing coverage, liability, damages, repair estimates, and related claim documentation
• Ability to establish reserves and manage claims through to resolution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple claims while maintaining service standards
• Knowledge of Florida Sovereign Immunity law is preferred

• Conduct claim investigations, interviews, and coverage evaluations
• Review accident reports, witness statements, repair estimates, and supporting documentation
• Evaluate damages including loss of use, diminished value, and liability exposure
• Negotiate settlements and issue payments in accordance with policy coverage and company standards
• Identify subrogation opportunities and refer files as appropriate
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and diary management
• Monitor for potential fraud indicators and escalate concerns when necessary

Job description

We are partnering with a growing claims services organization that is looking for a skilled Liability Associate Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve first-party auto physical damage claims as well as third-party automobile and general liability property damage claims. In this role, you will manage claims from initial report through resolution while working closely with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and clients.

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for investigating and resolving a wide range of claims, including first-party automobile collision and comprehensive losses, third-party automobile property damage, Commercial General Liability (CGL) property damage, and other casualty-related exposures. The position requires strong investigative skills, coverage analysis, reserve management, settlement negotiation, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

Qualifications:
