Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Georgia is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Torts team. You will work closely with our seasoned attorneys providing support before, during and after trials. This is an entry level position with training involved.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia State Bar in good standing.
• 1+ years of Litigation experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Personal Injury and Liability Law.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial team.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.
• Interaction with expert witnesses and drafting of reports and affidavits.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers.

• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers

• An active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association
• 1+ years of Litigation experience (preferred).
