Job summary

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active CA State Bar in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation experience (PI preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Personal Injury Law.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Handling files from complaint to resolution.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

As an associate you will work closely with our talented Trial Attorneys, providing support before, during and after trials. Salary Range: $100,000 USD - $125,000 USD
