Job summary

GoAuto Insurance has an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to begin a rewarding claims career. You will receive in-depth training on property damage and insurance contracts, with coaching from leaders and a collaborative team.

Starting as an Insurance Adjuster, you will determine coverage, interview stakeholders, and coordinate with appraisers to manage vehicle repairs, while working within a supportive GoAuto environment that emphasizes integrity and growth.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Duties & responsibilities (upon successful completion of training)

• Determine coverage and liability.
• Determine liability (who's at fault for the damages)
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims.
• Document activities in claim file notes in clear, complete & concise manner.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation

• $20.00/ hour (rate increase to 50K salary upon successful completion of training and obtaining Property & Casualty license.)
