What you’ll be doing

As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage both sides of the desk, helping clients and candidates thrive. You will execute the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑to‑senior‑level professional direct hire job orders, focusing on existing clients and identifying new ones, interviewing candidates and matching them with their dream organizations.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
